How it works
Three rules, each checked against data
- Direction. When Binance’s top traders are heavily long, the price tends to fall over the following weeks, and vice versa; aggressive buying points the other way. The oracle combines four measures of that positioning against the pair’s own history.
- Range. A multiple of the expected 30-day volatility (1.5, 2 or 3 times depending on the profile), with levels half a typical daily move apart. The wider it is, the less the grid earns but the far less it loses when the market runs away.
- Very low volatility. If the pair is in the calmest 20% of its past year, you get a warning: neutral grids lost money on average at those times.

months in which following the oracle’s direction beat always going neutral. It isn’t always right.
It’s an average edge over many months, not a sure prediction: there are months and even years in which the oracle does worse than a neutral grid. It is general information, the same for everyone, that doesn’t consider your situation and isn’t financial advice. Investing in crypto-assets carries risks, including losing all your capital.
